Second Story

The upstairs was the easiest part.  We removed wallpaper in the bedrooms. Painted the walls, trim and doors, and refinished the existing hardwood flooring.  We turned the bathoom tub into a shower.

Kitchen and Addition

The existing kitchen was removed, and we opened the wall to the existing addition.  The addition was a flat roof that we removed and made it a vaulted ceiling.  We demoed the old fireplace and centered it on the wall. We also added a half bath.

Existing Living Room

We repainted the walls, ceiling and trim.  Built a custom bookshelf. Converted the fireplace to a gas fireplace. Redid the existing hardwood flooring.

Master Suite

All of the existing bedrooms were upstairs, so we converted the enclosed patio in a master suite.
